Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Customer tries to change the Latest Start Date (hire date) of an employee who has the wrong hire
date(the hire date has been enter incorrect)
ERROR
App-pay-51810: completed payroll actions exist
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.XX HR Super User Responsibility
2.Enter and maintain form
3.Query employee
4.change the latest Start date
BUSINESS IMPACT
Customer needs to correct the hire date of employees who has incorrect hire date
