Goal

When changing the revision for an Item, you would like the Item Revision to be updated / incremented across all the Organizations. Currently the revision is getting updated in the Item Master only. You are using only one Item master.

How to Increment Item Revision for an Item across all Organizations ?

This may be required where your business maintains a uniform item revision for an Item across all organizations.
