While creating service requests in 'Create Service Request' form (CSXSRISR)., under "related objects" tab..

+ How in the table CS_INCIDENT_LINKS are records stored when SR is linked to SR
+ How in the table CS_INCIDENT_LINKS are records stored when SR is linked to a custom object
+ Where do these objects come from and what is the setup for creating these objects?
