Work Order Completion Does Not Calculate Duration Automatically

On 11.5.10 in Production:
On the Complete Operation page, intended functionality is to allow two of
the three fields regarding time/duration to be entered and the system will
calculate the third. The three fields involved are: 1) Actual Start Date and
Time 2) Actual Duration (hours) 3) Actual End Date and Time. The system does not calculate the
Duration once the other two fields are entered.
Expect the Duration field to be automatically calculated once the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date are entered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Maintenance Super User
2. Select an organization
3. Click on Work Orders tab
4. Query work order
5. Click on Work Order Completion pencil
6. This brings up the Complete Work Order page
7. In the Completion Details section, the Actual End Date and Time field is not enterable.
