Symptoms

Performing Full synchronization in MS Outlook when creating Contacts errors:

Error connecting to the Server.  Sync Operation Failed.  Please Try Again

Contacts do not show updated on the Server nor are they visible in Oracle Sales under Sales Dashboard > Preferences > Outlook Synchronization > Contacts
