BOMFDMCO Cannot Select Component Items While Creating Mass Change Bills of Material

FORM:BOMFDMCO.FMB - Mass Change Bills of Material
Symptoms
When creating Mass Changes in Mass Change Bills form (BOMFDMCO), items cannot be selected in
Components Changes window. The following error occurs when activating the list of values for the
Component Item field.
ERROR
"No entries found for List of Values."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Mass Change Bills form
Development Manager : (N) Manufacturing BOM Management > Mass Changes
2. In Mass Change Bills window :
Accept the defaulted ECO number
Select your Change Order Type
Enter From and To Parent Items
Set Alternate Selection = Primary
Press button Changes
3. In Component Changes window :
Set Action=Add
Type in '%' in Item field
Activate the LOV for Item field
=> Getting error "No entries found for List of Values."
