Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Printing invoices fail with the following error:
ERROR
Invalid printer ( ho_l13-prt5pq ) and print style ( INVOICE ) combination.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables -> Print Documents -> Invoices -> Invoice Print Selected Invoices
2. Run this for a one sample test case
3. The request ends in error status.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print invoices.
