Troubleshooting: When Conducting a Text Search in Find Service Request No Results Returned (Doc ID 400776.1)

Symptoms

In the Find Service Request form trying to search for service requests by Summary text, returns no records
Also, When trying to search by note text the following error occurs.

APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error:

An unexpected error occurred in
jtf_grid.populategrid: <CS_FIND_GRID.ITEM_GRID>datasource:
<CS_SR_FIND_SERVICE_REQUEST_NUM>

The following information is available:<null>
The error is most likely in the form or metadata definition.

After click OK the following errors appear:

ORA-20000: Oracle Text Error
DRG-10599: column not indexed
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 837
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 878
