Cannot delete approved salaries

1. People > Enter and Maintain > Find employee
2. Click on Assignment Button
3. Click on Salary Form > SalaryHistory Tab
4.Click on Correct Button > no delete icon (trash can) displays--no option available to delete the proposal.
