Shipment Action ''Set Appointment Priority'' Failing To Update Multiple Shipment (Doc ID 401242.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to perform the shipment action, SET APPOINTMENT PRIORITY on more than one
shipment, the system performs the action on the first record only
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the action is performed on all records selected and/or a message displayed that action
can be performed on one record only

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Transportation Management and Execution - Shipment Management - Buy Shipment - Search
2. Select more than one shipment and click on Actions - Set Appointment Priority and select a
value for the Appointment priority and click finished
3. Confirmation is shown that the appointment priority is set for one record only

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set appointment priority for more than one shipment
