Corrupt Personalization - No Entities Found Entity maps Not Defined For Attachment Item (Doc ID 401392.1)

Symptoms

On Sales Dashboard, when you click on Leads, it gives an error message:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

The error message in the debug log is:

"java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:534)
## Detail 0 ##
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: No entities found, entity Maps not defined for attachment item"

Research on meta link points towards corrupt personalization but you cannot figure it out. You also
tried to disable the personalization so that you could delete the bad personalization but are not
able to do so as you cannot get to the page even with personalization disabled.


Steps to Reproduce:
Log in as Sales User responsibility to Sales Dashboard.
Try to open and existing lead.
You will get the error message.

Created a new personalization on the leads page
