Troubleshooting Steps
 Recommended Patch Level for using XML with Collections is 11i.IEX.H RUP #6 and XML Publisher 5.5 or above is the minimum but 5.6 is recommended.
 There are two options when using XML to Print or Fax
 Do I Need to Configure xdodelivery.cfg if I'm Using CUPS to Handle my XML Printing?
 Profile Option Setup for CUPS:

 IPP Troubleshooting and Setup
 #1 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you are using IPP:
 #2 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you wish to include a Username/Password on a CUPS printer 
 #3 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you wish to include a Username/Password on SMTP
 #4 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you are using FAX with CUPS
 #5 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you are using FAX and RightFax
 #6 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you are using the printer name from within the Host:
  #7 Sample XDODELIVERY.cfg, if you are using CUPS and are required to use XDODELIVERY.CFG for other products OR multiple printers using the printer name on IEX: IPP Printer Name profile option
