STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Order Management, Oracle Payables, Oracle Receivables, Inventory Management

Navigation Path:
1. Create an internal requisition through Order Management
2. Pick and ship confirm the resulting internal sales order
3. Once the inventory costing is done, create an invoice in AR and in AP.
4. Run the Create Intercompany AR Invoices and Create Intercompany AP Invoices processes. No lines
are selected and processed.
