Symptoms
When creating a new customer and defining a Site/Address, you associate a business purpose to the site and the following error occurs:
This record in HZ_site_cust_uses can't be locked as it has been updated by another user
Steps To Reproduce: Responsibility: Receivables Manager Navigation: Customers > Standard
Create a new customer
Define a new address
In the Business Purpose tab, create a record for bill to
Click on Contacts tab to add contact details, Save your changes
Back in the Business Purposes tab, cgo to the Bill To purpose and Click Open
In the Details tab, invoke the list of values for Contact and pick a value
Upon saving, the error is raised
