Symptoms
When attempting to select a period from the LOV when submitting the ECE Payables VAT Register the following error occurs.

No entries found for List of Values
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the ECE Payables VAT Register to submit
2. Enter the parameters
3. Try to select the VAT Reporting Period
