FNDATREP - Select Columns Button Not Working When 'TRANSACTED BY' = ALL (Doc ID 402399.1)

On 11.5.10 in Production:
After applying patch <2667805>, While running Audit Trail if 'Transacted By = 'ALL' is used,
'Select Columns' button is not working

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log on as System Administrator

2. Navigate to Security > Audit Trail Reporting > Audit Report

3. In 'Enter Report Parameters' if you choose ALL for Transacted_by and click on 'Select Columns', it doesn't work.
