Symptoms
OATM migration fails to move objects with long columns in RAC environment, if the TWO_TASK variable is set to SERVICENAME_806_BALANCE, with the following error:
Io exception: Connection
refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=<vsnnum>)(ERR=<error_number>)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE =<code>)(EMFI=4))))
Exception occured in obtaining the connection.
Please check db username/password/service-id
