Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Find that when saving  an Element Entry to an Assignment the following error is seen:


APP-PER-51938: The system cannot find the program unit being called. This could be because the application API pre-processor has not been run. Contact your system administrator quoting the following details:
Error ORA-06508 in API module PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_F at hook After Insert
