Oracle Diagnostics: No Groups have been registered for the Advance Test

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

On multi-node system, when attempting to choose and run any diagnostics test from Oracle Applications Diagnostics tool, the following error occurs.

ERROR

No Groups have been registered for the Advance Test

or

No Groups have been registered for the Basic Test




STEPS

1. Applied the latest Diagnostics Patch , i.e <Patch:7530017> (Ref. <Note:167000.1> )

Note: This issue can occur even if you have lower version of Oracle Diagnostics Patch

2. Login to Applications as diagnostics user, e.g SYSADMIN-->Oracle Diagnostics Tool

When selecting any Application different that HTML Platform, e.g "Purchasing" getting error:

No Groups have been registered for the Advance Test" - Advanced tab
