Symptoms
Receiving transactions fail in the Receiving Transaction Processor (RVCTP) with
the following error when attempting to inspect the receipt.
This only impacts receiving transactions that existed before upgrading to 11.5.10.
WHAT IS WORKING
New receiving transactions are received and inspected without error.
RECENT CHANGES
Upgraded to 11.5.10.2 from 11.5.9.
ERROR
RVTTH-115c: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Receiving Transactions
2. The find window appears.
3. Find receiving transactions for the purchase order.
4. Press the inspect button.
5. The Receiving Transaction Processor completes with the error.
