Disability Functionality Through Self-Service HR cannot be updated in the People PUI Form

On with <Patch 5185563> applied, if entering 'Disability Status' in Self-Service under employee Personal information, the information  is populated in the old Disabled field in the People PUI form (PERWSHRG) which cannot be updated by a professional user.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into SSHR
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service/ Personal information
3. Click on the ‘Update’ button next to Basic Details
4. Select either option
5. Scroll down to the ‘Other Details’ region
6. Select a value in the Disabled field (N.b. on this instance the label has been revised)
7. Select ‘Next’ to save the changes
8. Click through to submit the changes
9. Navigate to UK Super HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain
10. Query back the employee the change was made for. The Disabled value entered through SSHR will be shown in the disabled field, but is not updateable
