Drilldown To AP Invoice Does Not Bring Up Record

Symptoms
For GL responsibilities with security applied, drilling down to the AP invoice results in no records retrieved by the query.
The same drilldown works when a GL responsibility with no security applied is used.
The security rules do not restrict access to the specific account on which drilldown is performed.
Sequence of events:
Go to Account inquiry > Show journal details > Drilldown > Show Transaction.
At this point, there are no details displayed on "Invoices" form.
Removing the security rules allowed drilldown, but then, adding any rule whithout actually restricting access to drilldown form caused the issue to appear again.
