iSupport: Attributes Added To AK Developer Region Not Showing (Doc ID 403623.1)

Using AK Developmer, adding attribute IBU_CF_SR_PRODUCT_SYSTEM to Top Level Region IBU_CF_SR_40_A672.

After following all the instructions given in "Appendix D: Configuration of AK Regions", in "Oracle iSupport, Implementation and User Guide, Release 11i, Part No. B13661-02", the changes does not take effect.
