When the Oracle Payroll user navigates to Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > Year End Pre processor
Why is the Oracle Payroll Year End Pre-Processor request failing with the following errors:
APP-PAY-06859: An error has been detected by another process.
Cause: During processing, the master or another slave process has detected an error,
communicated by setting the Payroll status to 'Error'. Action: Examine the error log file and payroll messages to investigate the cause of the error and Year End Pre-Process is erroring out. First Worker Process Error Message :
