The Field Service Technician Portal grants users update access to Installed Base product information. How can a responsibility be defined so that Read/View Only permission is granted to the user?
1. Navigate to the Field Service Technician Dashboard using the Field Service Tecnician Portal.
2. Search for the desired task.
3. Show the Details for the task.
4. Select the link to view the Install Base Details. The fields can be changed.
