Symptoms
Autocreate is not populating the requestor for drop ship orders.
Replication Steps:
1. Create a drop ship sales order
2. Execute Purchase Release
3. Requisition import runs - requisition is created
4. Autocreate to a Purchase Order - no requestor is found in the distribution.
