Quote Approvals Remain In Pending Status Even After Manager Approval (Doc ID 404260.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.9 in Production:
After submitting a quote to the manager for approval in Oracle Sales Online, the status of the quotation is still Approval Pending.after the manager has approved the quote.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Status to be Approved

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access Responsibility:ORACLE SALES ONLINE
2. Click Quote
3. After Manager approval, the Quote is still in status 'Approval Pending'
