Symptoms

Even after applying Patch 5069154 CUSPRF: ESC SLOW PERFORMANCE OF OPEN PERIOD PROGRAM GLOOAP-CUSTOM RESPONSIBILITY, the performance of the Open Period program (GLOOAP) has not improved. The bad performance is seen especially when opening a new period for a new year.
