No Email Notification For Remittance Advice

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When completing payment process, no notification for remittance advice being sent to Supplier.
user who is supposed to receive the notifications login to the ebusiness suite, but found no
notification for remittence advice appear in the worklist.
After applying codefix suggested in <bug 3506795>, the following error is received :
O_OPEN_MAIL_FYI' in item type 'WFMAIL' can not be found
WF_MAIL.getTemplateName(nid => 1124207>>
