Goal
Blanket Purchase agreements are not getting closed even after all the releases
are closed and agreement amount is reached. Is there any way by which we can
close the blanket agreements once the agreement amount is reached and all the
releases are closed? If not so, then what is the trigger for closing the BPAs?
