Issue Description
Intermittently, the following error occurs when running the concurrent request Refresh a Single Configuration Model. This is happening after changes have been made to the Bill of Material.
ERROR

CZAPPIMPRFCM: ORA-01422 EXACT FETCH RETURNS MORE THAN REQUESTED NUMBER OF ROWS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Login to Application:
Responsibility : Configurator administrator
1. Run concurrent program: Refresh a Single Configuration Model
