Changes In Personal Information Is Not Going For Approval

When the employee updates his personal information, it should go for HR manager's approval and once the HR manager approves this information, it should get updated in Core HR system.

For this requirement, the customer have created a Rule in AME. But after applying this rule when employees try to update their personal informaiton without approval the data is getting updated in Core HR system.
