Symptoms
When attempting to run Receiving Open interface for creation of Receipt / Deliver transaction for standard
purchase orders the following error occurs for few records
Receiving Open Interface (ROI) is failing with error:
All the patches listed in <Note 367396.1> 11.5.10 Recommended Patches for Enhanced Receiving Validation have been applied.
