Goal
In the Customer Profile Setup form under the "Preference" tab, when adding details about a module, the RESPONSIBILITY field is MANDATORY.
But as per Oracle Implementation Guide it should not be:
"If you wish to restrict access to the customer information to agents with a particular responsibility, then select the responsibility using the Responsibility list of values (LOV).
Leaving this value blank enables agents of all responsibilities to access to customer information."
Why this filed is coming as mandatory, which is not in the documentation?
