Symptoms

When applying a merged patch the following form libraries will not generate successfully. The patch log shows that the libraries will not generate:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource ARXRWAPP.pll
au resource ARXRWRCT.pll
An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

The worker logs show the errors during generation
