Symptoms
On 11.5.10:
When attempting to process receiving transactions from the interface table for drop shipments the process completes normally, but the request log shows an error occurred. The transactions remain stuck in the interface table.
ERROR
RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error
Cause: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter drop ship sales orders and progress to Awaiting Receipt.
2. Populate data in the RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table for the drop ship receipts.
3. Submit the Receiving Transaction Processor.
4. The concurrent request completes with Normal status, but the request log shows the error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
This customer processes a high volume of drop ship transactions via ASN. Due to this issue, they cannot complete processing of drop shipments.
