Unable To Refine Search Criteria After Performing A List Query (Doc ID 406040.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to use Refine Search Criteria from a List Query the search filter is not considered

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the filter criteria is recognized

-- Steps To Reproduce:
This issue can be reproduced in any finder form (i.e. Order Base, Order Release, Shipments etc., Here the Shipment screen is provided as an example).

1. Go to the Buy Shipments screen, via Transportation Planning and Execution - Shipment Management - Buy Shipments and click on 'l' button on the Source Location ID.
2. All the locations are displayed. Then click on Refine Search Criteria.
3. Provide a Location ID and click search. Still all locations are displayed.
