Subsequent Life Event is Causing Supplemental Life Plans Annual Amount to Become '0' (Doc ID 406292.1)

Find after processing any life event, the coverage amount on the Supplemental Life plans is set to '0'.

Expect to see the previously enrolled amount in the current life event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to responsibility: US HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate as follows: People> Benefits Service Center > Desktop Activities > Process Life Event Form.
3. Process a Life Event.
4. Go to People> Benefits Service Center > Desktop Activities > Enrollment Results > Coverage tab. Find Blank or '0' in the coverage field.
