ORA-04061: Existing State of Package "APPS.HXC_FIND_NOTIFY_APRS_PKG" Has Been Invalidated ORA-04065 (Doc ID 406524.1)

Symptoms

When  the approver tries to approve the Email Notification, they get the following error:

 

Error Message ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated ORA-04061: existing state of package "APPS.HXC_FIND_NOTIFY_APRS_PKG" has been invalidated  ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package

"APPS.HXC_FIND_NOTIFY_APRS_PKG" ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.HXC_FIND_NOTIFY_APRS_PKG"
