On 11.5.10.2 in Production: after upgrading the application from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10.2 version,
When attempting to assign the responsibilities to the users the following error occurs.
ERROR
Oracle error-20002: ORA-20002 [WF_NO_USER] NAME=<USER >ORIG_SYSTEM=NULL
ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=NULL has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT
