Performance Issue using the Contract Navigator on the Contracts Launchpad OKC_LAUNCH_KGRID_V (Doc ID 406956.1)

Symptoms

The users encounter a performance issue when the Group Name in the Contract Navigator is selected. This happens when there is a large number of contracts included in that Group.

Steps to Reproduce
(R) Service Contracts Manager (or similar)
(N) Launch Contracts
- Click on the Contract Navigator tab.
- Click on the Contract Group having a large number of contracts assigned.
