Goal

How can I resolve the intermittent error when authorizing transactions with Paymentech.

(i) Error message from the iPayment log:

16800:EXCEPTION:[iby.bep.proc.ProcessorAdapter.deliverInstruction]:java.io.IOException: Connection Reset - Connection fails due to long time idle. Please try again
at oracle.apps.iby.net.StreamSynchronizer.synchedWrite(StreamSynchronizer.java:241)

(ii) Error from the ARZCAR_REMIT module: Automatic Remittances Creation Program                                                         
Credit Card Authorization Status - Connection Reset - Connection fails due to long time idle.
