Need Documentation On Proration Event Group Qualifiers (Doc ID 407063.1)

Goal

Q1: I am setting up proration on certain assignment status types.

We've got a proration event group to which I added PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F and ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_TYPE_ID as an event to prorate on. I ran a Quick Pay and the element was prorated.

I now want to make it prorate only on certain Assignment Status types. The Table Event Group form has a button called Qualifiers which suggests that you can qualify which values would cause proration.
