Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to enter Gross Weight on the Shipping Transaction form (WSHFSTRX.fmb), Delivery tab, the
following error occurs.
ERROR
Undefine UOM conversion from LB to EA
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility, Shipping > Transaction, query lines, then go to Delivery tab.
2. Enter Gross Weight
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter weights.
