Symptoms

When attempting to do Action -> Progress Order, it is found that there are some order lines that do not get beyond REPRICE Activity and it remains incomplete and the following WF error message appears

Unit List Price is required on a booked order line


STEPS:
1. Query a Sales order that has this issue
2. Do Action -> Progress Order from the Sales Order Line tab
3. LOV shows up with Reprice - Eligible.
4. Choose OK and will find that the Order Line does not progress. It still remains in FULFILLED status.
