The notification mailer requires that an IMAP mail account is setup in order to use inbound notifications. This IMAP account is to have a pair of defined folders: Process and Discard. Through the normal use of the mailer these folders will accumulate a large number of email messages. For performance improvement these folders should be maintained regularly.
What is the best way to archive and purge the Process and Discard folders for the Notification Mailer?
