Symptoms
When attempting to receive material (for a RMA), the following error occurs:
CSTPLCIN.COST_INV_TXN:Error in CSTPACWF.START_AVG_WF ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'CSTAVGWF/#SYNCH'
cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.

Steps To Reproduce:

1 Enter RMA order.
2. Receive the item.
3. Line Status is changing correctly.
4. Line is beeing interfaced to receivables.
5. Material is available on the stock.
6. Unable to find the distributions and we have found the mentioned error.
