FORM:CSXSRISR.FMB - Create Service Requests

Goal

When creating Charges for a Return line from the Service Request form, the user can enter the required Warehouse in the Submit Orders subtab.  If the user doesn't enter the warehouse, the order will be created with a warehouse that is determined by the Order Management Defaulting Rules.

If the required functionality is that a different warehouse from the defaulting warehouse should be used, then the user must enter the Warehouse value.  This relies on the user remembering to enter the warehouse, since the Warehouse field is not a mandatory value in the Submit Orders subtab.  So, to prevent the incorrect warehouse defaulting on the order when the user forgets to enter the warehouse, a possible solution is to default the warehouse in the Submit Orders subtab or to make the Warehouse field mandatory.

This note describes how to default a fixed warehouse value for a sales order created from a Service Charges return line based on the user that is creating the Charge line.
