Attachments From Transactions Are Different From Attachments From Call Topics? (Doc ID 412137.1)

FORM:ARXTWMAI.FMB - Transactions


The Transactions (ARXCWMAI) attachments (notes) are different from the
attachments from Call Topics (ARXCWMAI).

When selecting the attachments from the Call Topics (entity name: Chargeback)
you see different notes then selecting the attachments (entity name:
RA_CUSTOMER_TRX) from the Transactions form.

Are these 2 different attachment types? Is it possible to merge these notes
or get access to both types of notes?
