ARXCUMRG - Customer Merge
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Account Merge
You are merging two accounts, for example: #1234 to #2345. After you submit the request, you realized that you forgot the check the "Delete after Merge" checkbox.
You Go into View > Requests, locate the concurrent process and Cancel it.
Then you go back navigate back to the form and attempt to submit the same process, but now you get the error:
This site has already been processed for merge.
